Eva began her yoga journey in 2015 and was drawn to the practice as a form of active meditation, strength-building, and body awareness.

Her classes emphasize proper alignment, mindful breathing, and creative sequencing—balancing challenge and play. Eva hopes to inspire others to experience the same sense of focus, empowerment, and calm that yoga has brought to her own life.
