Jovita Cheung

Jovita has practiced yoga for over 15 years, dedicating the past decade to daily Ashtanga practice. She completed her teacher training in 2009 and has studied with renowned teachers including Kino McGregor, Laura Glaser, and Sharath Jois.

Jovita regularly leads workshops across the GTA, specializing in arm balances, inversions, and vinyasa transitions. Her teaching blends discipline with playfulness, helping students strengthen both body and mind.
