Mimi’s lifelong love of movement—through walking, hiking, and sports—eventually led her to yoga. Drawn to its physical and spiritual depth, she immersed herself in asana, meditation, mantra, pranayama, and kriya practices, experiencing profound personal transformation.
Her purpose is to share these sacred teachings from Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Himalayan lineages so that others can live with vitality, joy, and purpose. For Mimi, yoga is “dancing with the divinity within and without.”
