Marina discovered yoga over 27 years ago as a way to balance work and family life. Teaching since 2010, she holds a 200-hour certification and a Level 4 Thai Yoga Massage certification from the Thai Massage Toronto School.
Yoga has given Marina both physical strength and inner awareness. Her balanced, flowing classes focus on alignment, mindful breath, and self-acceptance, creating space for fun, creativity, and growth for every practitioner.
