Our Yoga Nidra Workshop combines the five elements and the five bodies together in a five-week-long program that explores a new area each week.
Together we will explore Earth, water, air, fire, and space through the physical, energetic, mental, and intellectual.
Yoga Nidra, also known as “Yogic Sleep,” is a mind and body relaxation practice that provides deep physical and mental rest.
While practicing Yoga Nidra, participants lay comfortably in the savasana position while being guided through body awareness and visualizations.
The mind is offered different anchors of awareness by exploring the conscious trance states between deep sleep and wakefulness.
Yoga Nidra is ideal for planting the seeds of positive intentions into the depths of the subconscious mind. Enjoy the healing vibrations of a blissful Tibetan sound bath with this practice, Yoga Nidra can be used to reduce stress, improve mental health, and deepen spiritual consciousness.
Each class begins with gentle yoga stretches and breathing techniques to release tension and prepare for the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
No experience needed, all are welcome. Please bring a blanket.
