A physical and spiritual practice, a part of which includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. A full-service experience complete with complimentary mats and props.

Available Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Yoga: Stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath (also called flow yoga).

Hatha Yoga: A general category that includes most yoga styles, which help bring peace to the mind and body.

Sculpt Core Yoga: Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect.

Teen Yoga: The perfect complement to academic and extracurricular schedules, in a fun and nurturing environment.

Seniors Yoga: Reduce swelling in joints. Increase joint mobility and strength. Improve balance and stability.
